Salon Policies


We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy Your appointments are very important to the team members of NW Lash and Beauty Studio, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply:

  • A credit card is required to hold appointments at NW Lash and Beauty Studio. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment.
  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount.
  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • If appointments are made within a 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client must then cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount.
  • Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We ask that our clients arrive 10 minutes early for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

If I Have An Allergic Reaction Or Would Like My Lashes Removed For Any Reason Will I Be Issued A Refund?

We always stand behind our work and strive to provide the best experience possible, however, due to the cost incurred in time and materials we do not offer refunds at this time. When deemed fit, a voucher may be provided for a similar service. Please keep in mind that an allergic reaction can be an unforeseen event that we are unable to predict. We strongly recommend that you look at photos, ask questions and be entirely sure this is a service that you would like to have before you invest in the service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the appearance of your lashes or are experiencing a lot of lash extension loss (20-30), please notify us within 24 hours of your service. If we are able to alter the look of your extensions in any way to make them more to your preference we will do so at either no charge to you or for a very reasonable price if the work is extensive. After 48 hours of the original service, it will be considered a regular service. Again, removal for an allergic reaction is complimentary and professional removal is strongly recommended.

Lash Fills

Please acknowledge that if you come in for a lash fill with less than 25 extensions on each eye, it will be considered a Full Set of Lash Extensions at full price cost. Your lash stylist will count your extensions at the time of your fill. To help you retain your lash extensions, we educate our clients on proper lash care at the end of each service and provide aftercare cards that include proper at-home care tips. We also offer lash extension compatible products that can be used on extensions that help to prevent extreme lash loss. You are responsible for proper care and cleansing of your eyelashes and lash extensions in-between touch up visits. Please come for touch up appointments with clean eyes (wearing no makeup or mascara) as this may affect the extension adhering process and time to add lashes on.

Lash Fills On Work That Was Done Outside Of NW Lash and Beauty Studio

We do not perform lash fill services on work that was done outside of NW Lash and Beauty Studio, WITHOUT A CONSULTATION. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must schedule a consultation in conjunction with your lash fill appointment, to ensure adequate amount of time to assess if your old lashes were done correctly, safely, so we can add new beautiful lash extensions that meet our expectations. If your current extensions are damaged due to too much glue, improper alignment or are excessively long (which can cause lash breakage), they will need to be removed and replaced with a Full Set of new Lash Extensions at full price. Due to the time that it takes to remove and apply a new set of lashes, you may be asked to schedule your new set at a different time, if the stylist does not have the availability same day. We will do our best to get the old extensions removed and new ones applied on the same day, but sometimes this is not possible. Your lash health is our main priority and we want to ensure you have healthy extensions!

Children in the Salon

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself and that time doesn't always align with your childcare needs. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or on your lap. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+) that are capable of sitting quietly, may wait in the provided waiting area. Clients that show up with children younger than 12, that do not have another adult to supervise them, will be asked to reschedule their appointment. Cancellation fees may apply. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Pregnant Women

Unfortunately, not all of our services are safe while you are pregnant. We recommend that you wait until you are not pregnant to receive Lash Perms. All other services are deemed safe.

Prices - Payments - Gratuities

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card transactions. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Our artists work on a tiered system that reflects their level of expertise. The prices quoted are the starting prices for the service and may be higher depending on the stylist. Upon completing training sessions and educational workshops with industry leaders, our artists prices increase to reflect their speed and new skill level. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Outside Food

For cleanliness and sanitary purposes we please ask for you to not bring food into the salon.
